Solana (SOL) Price Today: SOL Holds $90 After $1.27B Liquidation Flush – Daily Market Report Nov 7, 2026

Good morning, Solana Family! Here is your daily SOL market report for Saturday, November 7, 2026 (data as of ~12:10 UTC). ## SOL Price Snapshot - SOL/USDT: $89.97 (Binance) - SOL/USDC: $89.88 (Binance) - 24h change: -0.5% - 24h range: $89.59 – $91.33 - 7-day change: -6.1% - 24h volume: ~$1.72B | Market cap: ~$53.1B (#7) After a sharp drop on Thursday, SOL spent the last 24 hours moving sideways in a tight ~$1.70 band just under $90. The USDT and USDC pairs are trading within a few cents of each other, so there is no stablecoin dislocation to worry about. ## What Happened in the Last 24 Hours 1. Market-wide deleveraging hit SOL hard, then cooled off A US tech stock selloff dragged crypto down on Thursday. SOL fell more than 6% to an intraday low around $88.50 while Bitcoin slipped below $76,000 and tested an 11-week low near $74,800. CoinGlass recorded about $1.27B in liquidations across more than 241,000 traders in 24 hours, wiping out the post-election rally. Since then, selling pressure has eased and SOL has stabilized around $90. 2. Solana ETF flows remain soft US spot Solana ETFs saw a small outflow of about $1.2M, which is minor next to roughly $430M leaving Bitcoin ETFs on the same day. The bigger picture is less encouraging: Solana ETFs have posted net inflows on only 2 of 26 sessions since October 1, and October's $143.7M of outflows was their worst month on record. Institutional demand is the missing piece for a sustained recovery. 3. October ecosystem roundup: the fundamentals keep improving The official Solana October 2026 roundup highlights three big milestones: Alpenglow is live, target slot times have been cut to 200 ms, and tokenized real-world assets (RWA) on Solana reached a record $5 billion. Alpenglow, activated on October 21, targets ~150 ms finality, down from ~12.8 seconds, one of the largest consensus upgrades in Solana's history. 4. Consumer adoption: Samsung Wallet and Solana Labs' Leap Eligible US Samsung Galaxy users can now buy, hold, send and receive USDC on Solana directly inside Samsung Wallet. Solana Labs also launched Leap, a new mobile trading app (iPhone beta). Both put Solana in front of mainstream users. 5. Security upgrades Sanctum introduced 2-of-3 multisig security for Sanctum Wallets to protect users against stolen, leaked or lost keys, a welcome move after a string of industry hacks. ## Market Sentiment: Next 24 Hours Sentiment: Neutral to slightly bearish (cautious) - The macro backdrop is fragile: the Fear & Greed Index sits around 32 (Fear) and BTC is near multi-week lows, so SOL is likely to keep following Bitcoin and US tech stocks. - Leverage has been largely flushed after the $1.27B liquidation event, which lowers the risk of another cascade and supports a weekend consolidation. - Key levels to watch: support at $88.50 (Thursday's low), then the $85 zone; resistance at $91.30 (24h high), then $95. - Base case: low-volume weekend range between roughly $88 and $93. A clean break below $88.50 would open the door to a retest of $85; reclaiming $92+ with volume would signal a short-term relief bounce. - Network fundamentals (Alpenglow, record RWA value, consumer integrations) remain strong, but in the short term price is driven by macro and ETF flows rather than tech.
